Numeracy Enrichment Programme is a numeracy and befriending program that aims to boost the confidence and motivation of P1 & P2 students.
This is an after-school programme that makes use of games and activities that are conducted by youth volunteers, allowing children to improve their numeracy skills while also making new friends.
As a volunteer befriender, you will have the opportunity to spend meaningful time with the children, helping them develop both academically and socially. You will be able to watch their progress and see the positive impact of your efforts.
If you are a student or young working adult looking for a fulfilling way to give back to your community, this program is a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young children.

All applications are subjected to approval. The number of available slots reflected are based on the number of confirmed applications.

Volunteer Befriender
As a Volunteer Befriender, you will be offering IN-PERSON support, encouragement, and companionship to a child in their learning journey. This can involve activities such as guiding them on learning activities, playing games, or simply chatting and listening.
Requirements (Please read before applying)
1. Shortlisted volunteers will be required to make a declaration for security screening purposes to determine their suitability to be a volunteer befriender. Please note that the screening process will take about 4 to 6 weeks. If you have any concerns, please feel free to approach us.
