We are seeking dedicated volunteers to assist with crowd control, registration and ushering at our upcoming event. Your support will be instrumental in creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees.

Crowd Control Volunteers:

• Ensure orderly queuing and crowd management.
• Direct attendees to designated areas.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and organised environment.
  

Registration Volunteers

• Welcome and register attendees.
• Distribute event materials etc.
• Answer questions and provide information.

Usher Volunteers:

• Greet and guide attendees to their seats.
• Ensure a smooth flow of guests during the event.
• Assist with any special requirements.

Briefing Information:

A briefing will be conducted in the morning of the event to provide you with all the necessary information and instructions.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctuality and a professional demeanor.
