Event Facilitators

Volunteers must be comfortable engaging with the public.

Duties include: 

• Activity and booth management
• Queue management
• Registration and redemption process
• Crowd ushering
• Logistic arrangement 

Volunteers may be required to assist with other duties as needed to support the smooth running of the event.

All shortlisted volunteers must attend one virtual briefing session (26 or 27 May 2025, 8pm) for a thorough understanding of the event and volunteer duties. Additional details will follow in your confirmation email.

Family Ambassadors

• Engage families and participants in activities 
• Share with participants on Families for Life
• Promote participation for Real Families Real Stories campaign

Family Time Machine Narrators

Volunteers must be comfortable engaging with the public.

Duties include: 

• Story-tell and guide families through the Family Time Machine at FFL Booth
• You will be given a script to read and narrate the story-line
