The Active Ageing Centre (AAC) plays an integral role in the social aspect of seniors' health. As a Community Connector, you will be involved in engaging with and assisting the staff at the AAC by outreaching to seniors living in Toa Payoh to help raise awareness of the programmes available at the AAC and supporting the staff in identifying potential seniors who might be in isolation.This opportunity is brought to you by the Youth Corps Development Team (Care Corner).
Volunteer (Community Connector)
Active Ageing Centre (AACs) in Singapore help seniors maintain their independence, improve their quality of life, and stay connected with the community.
As a Community Connector, you will be involved in engaging with and assisting the staff at the AAC by outreaching to seniors living in Toa Payoh to help raise awareness of the programmes available at the AAC and supporting the staff in identifying potential seniors who might be in isolation.
