(1) Team Nila Volunteer - Event Set-up / Tear-down

*** Volunteer should be physically fit and be able to carry heavy weight of 10kg ***

Team Nila volunteers are required to assist the event organizer with the following duties: (duties will be assign on the day itself)

1) Venue Set-up - setting up of tables and chairs, trolley will be provided

2) Venue Tear down

3) Any other duties required

Note:

1) You will be added into a WhatsApp group chat upon registration and more details will be disseminated there.

2) Attire: Team Nila tee with dark long pants and sports shoes. 

For New Volunteers:
New volunteers must read the guide/FAQs on go.gov.sg/tshirt-for-new-tn and collect their Team Nila lion t-shirt from 9 Sep 2024 onwards, at the appointed distributor before their first volunteering shift.

3) Meal arrangement: A meal will be provided per shift.

4) Bring along your water bottle to refill water.

5) Travel light: Do not bring valuables and travel light. There are no lockers for storage

6) Shift timings are subjected to changes depending on competition schedule.

(2) Team Nila Volunteer - Event Day

Team Nila volunteers are required to assist the event organizer with the following duties: (duties will be assign on the day itself)

1) Event Hall Spectator Services - to support Spectator Services Team Lead on managing spectators within the event hall, to assist spectators on seating, general ushering and crowd control.

2) Ticketing Ushers - to ensure all spectators who enter the event hall has wrist tag on, crowd control at event hall entrance.

3) Venue Services - to support Venue Ops Team on ensuring only accreditated personnel enter the various zones, to assist in the Field of Play.

4) Hospitality - to ensure that the meals are ready and set-up.

5) Any other duties required

(3) Team Nila Volunteer - Team Liaison Officer

*** Volunteers who can commit for consecutive days are preferred. ***

Team Nila volunteers are required to assist the event organizer with the following duties: (duties will be assign on the day itself)

1) Team Liaison Officer -  facilitate smooth communication and coordination between the teams and the organisers by assisting with any enquiries about transportation, event schedule, and event-related matters.

2) Any other duties required

(4) Team Nila Volunteer - Hotel Operations

Team Nila volunteers are required to assist the event organizer with the following duties: (duties will be assign on the day itself)

1) Hospitality Desk (Accommodation / Transport)

• Create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all participating teams by assisting with the accommodation coordination, answering general queries and providing up-to-date information on event schedule and activities, offering local area information and recommendations, and coordinate shuttle services between venues.

2) Any other duties required
