About ActiveSG Football Academy:Led by former Singapore international Aleksandar Duric, the ActiveSG Football Academy offers a holistic football programme which is designed to build character and encourage children and youth to pursue their sporting passion with the right attitude. The sharing will cover,
• The basic information and introduction to football
• Be a mentor and role model to the participants of the Academy by:1. Guiding and encouraging them in learning to play the sport with the right attitude and skillset.2. Inculcating values in and imparting life skills to them as part of the Academy’s programmes.ActiveSG Football Academy offers aspiring coaches the opportunity to guide and mentor children and youth in various sports. As part of this initiative, ActiveSG Football Academy recruits Community Coaches, who would be afforded the opportunity to build up their coaching knowledge and skills in the four key areas of technical qualifications, values and principles in sport education, fundamental movement skills development and sports safety management. In return, these volunteers would support the Academy’s programmes by not only guiding young players in learning the basics of football but also imparting important values and life skills to them through the sport, all under close guidance and supervision of experienced and well-qualified coaches.
