(1) Team Nila Volunteer

Team Nila volunteers are required to assist in (actual role will only be assigned when you report for duty):

1) Ushers & Crowd Control - To support assistance and guide the ticket holders to the designated spectator seating.

2) Ticket Scanning - To assist the SISTIC staff on scanning tickets and wrist tagging.

3) Any other roles that may be required in the areas above.

Note:

- Attire - Team Nila t-shirt* with long pants (no ripped jeans) / bermuda and sport shoes.

For New Volunteers:

New volunteers must read the guide/FAQs on go.gov.sg/tshirt-for-new-tn and collect their Team Nila lion t-shirt from 9 Sep 2024 onwards, at the appointed distributor before their first volunteering shift.

- Meal Arrangement - A meal will be provided by the organiser.

- Volunteer are advised to travel light and bring your own water bottle to refill water.

- Shift timings are subjected to changes depending on competition schedule.

- You will be added into a WhatsApp group chat upon registration and more details will be disseminated there.

(2) Team Nila Sport Photographer

*** To ensure fair opportunities for all, each volunteer is limited to applying for a maximum of three shifts for this event. ***

Team Nila Sport Photographers will be required to take photos of the competitions and behind-the-scenes. All photos taken will be deposited into our SportSG Archival for necessary usage.

• Capture Opening & Closing Ceremony
• Competition & Players' emotions Crowd's reactions
• Team Nila volunteers in action

Sport Photographers will be required to use your own camera to capture the photos (No phone camera is allowed). Please ensure the decent quality of the photos taken.

Note:

- Attire: Team Nila shirt*, long pants (no ripped jeans) and covered shoes.

For New Volunteers:

New volunteers must read the guide/FAQs on go.gov.sg/tshirt-for-new-tn and collect their Team Nila lion t-shirt from 9 Sep 2024 onwards, at the appointed distributor before their first volunteering shift.

- Meal Arrangement: A meal will be provided per shift.

- Bring along your water bottle for hydration and travel light.

- Travel light as no bag storage area will be provided.

- Shift timings are subjected to changes depending on competition schedule.
