Looking for a meaningful volunteering activity to do during your holidays? Join us as we befriend seniors from Viriya Community Services through different cognitive activities such as origami and mindfulness as we journey together on a path towards better cognitive health!
All sessions are held every Friday afternoon from 3.00 to 4.30pm physically at Viriya Mental Wellness Hub, 52 Kent Road, Singapore 210052, from 18 March to 27 May 2022.

You'll be spending 1.5 hours engaging with the seniors through different cognitive activities such as games, mindfulness, and art activities!
