Filos Volunteer Centre is working on a Grocery Run Initiative that targets the whole of Bedok Town. We are partnering with THK FSC @ Bedok North for this volunteering opportunity. Families / Households will receive grocery packs that include fresh groceries such as frozen food and vegetables. Their residences are located primarily at Bedok North. Some of the families will spill over to Bedok Reservoir and Chai Chee.
We will require the volunteers to pack and distribute these grocery packs on the 23rd September from 10am to 1.30pm (might end earlier depending on the speed of distribution).
Packing & Distribution of Ration Packs
- Pack and distribute ration packs to vulnerable groups
- Deliver rations to identified families (estimated 10 families) together with a driver
- Get acknowledgement from client who receive the ration pack
- Return undelivered items to THK FSC @ Bedok North (address will be given on actual day)

This role would require the volunteer to drive their car to deliver the items to an estimated 10 households. Please only register for this opportunity if you are open to driving on the day of the event.
