Youth Corps Leaders Programme (Project Track) is a 9-12 months community leadership development programme suitable for youths 17 to 25 years old with some experience in leadership or community service. Participants who complete the programme will be conferred as Youth Corps Leader.The newly revised programme allows youths greater flexibility to design and customise their own leadership journey based on different social causes, partners and project pathways. Youths will be trained by Youth Corps Singapore and guided by National Agencies and/or Community Partners to implement a sustainable service-learning project tackling pressing community needs.Check out gallery photos or our website for more information.

As a volunteer leader-in-training (also known as Aspirant) you will be empowered to conceptualize and implement a service-learning project to address real needs on the ground with a National Agency/Community Partner, while rallying other youths to join in your cause over a period of 9 – 12 months . There will also be trainings, mentorship and funding support through your journey.
