This session is themed around using classical music for social good. The session will open with a mini performance by our guest musicians classical violinist Tang Tee Khoon and guitarist Hunter Mah. Following this fun interactive segment, a short documentary will be screened to share the value of classical music and the imperative place it should occupy in our society today - revealing thoughtful reminders from how classical music can shape an individual and also highlighting the role classical musicians and supporting individuals can play, in enabling social good.
After the film screening, we will have our guest speakers for the evening, Ms. Tang Tee Khoon, Concert violinist and Artistic Director of the Tang Tee Khoon Grand Series and Mr. Hunter Mah, classical guitarist and TTK Homegrown Series artist, share about the deep and wide work they and fellow international/local classical musicians are engaged in through the TTK Grand Series.
