Survey Distribution

• Arrive at the event venue on time and check in with the POC.
• Greet event attendees warmly and explain the purpose of the survey briefly.
  Hand out e-survey forms to interested participants, making sure to provide enough copies.
• Encourage participants to complete the survey and emphasize the importance of their feedback.
• Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor throughout the event.
  
  

Collection and Organisation

• Verify that each e-form is filled out correctly and legibly.
• Ensure privacy and confidentiality of responses.
• Keep track of the number of forms collected and report to POC.
