Events Support

• Role duties include but are not limited to:
  • Sharing with members of the public about the event and encourage participation
  • Addressing on-ground event queries by members of the public
  • Supporting on the distribution of refreshments and/or event freebies
  • Collection of event feedback from members of the public
• Note: Specific roles to be assigned on-site and pre-briefing will be conducted
• Refreshments provided before shift starts
  
• Confirmed SNAs will be emailed the full details of the event

• Role duties include supporting event partners at their booths through:
  • Providing assistance to event participants when needed
  • Explaining game mechanics to event participants
  • Encourage participation at partner booths
• Partners include:
  • Ella - Robot Barista
  • Lovot  - Social Companion Robot
  • Mind Palace - AR & VR Game
  • National Library Board - 3D Pen Workshop
• Note: Specific roles to be assigned on-site and pre-briefing will be conducted
• Refreshments provided before shift starts
• No experience needed

  • Encourage participation at partner booths

• No experience needed as training materials will be provided
