Event Volunteer

Team Nila volunteers are required to assist the event organizer with the following duties: (duties will be assign on the day itself)


1) Registration

2) Accreditation 

3) Spectator Services - assist with spectator entry

4) Awards Ceremony - assist Awards Manager, medal tray holder

5) IT & Results - IT support assistant, results runner

6) Sports Technical FOP - timer, floor marshals, floor videographer

7) Any other duties required

Note:

- Volunteers need to be at least 18 years old and fully vaccinated.

- Attire - Team Nila Shirt with long pants/jeans and comfortable covered shoes.

* First time volunteers will be issued with the t-shirt when you report for duty.

- Volunteer are advised to travel light and bring your water bottle to hydrate yourself

- Shift timings are subjected to changes depending on competition schedule

Event Volunteer - Pre-event & Post-event Set Up & Tear down

*** Able to carry heavy weight of 10kg ***

Team Nila volunteers are required to assist the event organizer with the following duties: (duties will be assign on the day itself)


1) Packing - Packing of Athlete packs

2) Venue Set-up - setting up of tables and chairs

3) Venue Tear down

4) Any other duties required

Note:

- Volunteers need to be at least 18 years old and fully vaccinated.

- Attire - Team Nila Shirt with long pants/jeans and comfortable covered shoes.

Team Nila volunteers are required to assist the event organizer with the following duties: (duties will be assign on the day itself)


1) Spotter for Trampoline competition

2) Floor Marshal

3) Assist with the Videography of the competition

4) Any other duties required
