Ushers at Hospitality Lounge, Players' Lounge, Corporate Boxes, Entrances, Warm up area, Carpark etc

Please note the following:

- Volunteers need to be 16 years and above

- Kindly sign up for shifts that you are able to commit to and do note that you may not be engaged for all shifts signed up for.

- Volunteers who can commit more than 3 days will be given priority.

- Volunteers will be engaged on a first-come-first-serve basis.

- Only volunteers who are shortlisted will be contacted.

- Volunteers are only required to work one shift per day, however, if you are able to make it for more than one shift, you may check the respective boxes. Do note that there are different timing/shifts for each day.

Hotel Secretariat

Volunteers at Hotel Secretariat will need to assist with providing various information to the players (eg competition schedules, transport information etc), including the booking of training sessions.

Volunteers will operate from the Official Hotel (venue to be confirmed).

Information and Communications

Roles include:

Tournament - Volunteers need to communicate with the officials to find out the latest result or timing for the tournament.

Info Booth & Survey - Volunteers assigned to this role will need to answer public's queries and also give out flyers for publicity & survey forms.

Team Liaison Officer

Team Liaison Officer will be the ones to ensure the transportation reaches on time & proceed to the correct venue.

Transport Officer

Transport Officer will guide the players to take the shuttle bus to their training venue and Singapore
Indoor Stadium.

Volunteers at Venue Secretariat will need to assist with providing various information to the players (eg competition schedules, transport information etc), including the booking of training sessions, Operations and Logistics.

Volunteers will be based at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
