Community Health Screening is a community-based programme that aims to help seniors to screen for possible health and community risks.
As a Community Health Screening Volunteer, you will be trained to conduct a questionnaire for seniors to understand their medical health, social emotional wellbeing and lifestyle habits. This would help the seniors with the presenting needs receive relevant and adequate support.
This programme is brought to you by Singapore General Hospital, Youth Corps Singapore and TriGen.
This is a Youth Corps Singapore Bite-sized Volunteering opportunity. More details about the volunteering opportunity will relayed via Telegram. Upon confirmation, you will be invited to join a temporary Telegram group chat in the same week of the opportunity.
