The Social Service Offices (SSOs) are set up by the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) to bring social assistance closer to residents in need. Our network of 24 SSOs aim to provide social assistance to needy residents in a comprehensive, convenient, and coordinated manner.
Aside from administering the Government's financial aid schemes, we also work with other government agencies and community partners to support individuals/ families holistically. Through our initiatives, we hope to empower them to improve their circumstances and help them achieve their goals.
With your help, we will be able to support our needy families/individuals in a timely and impactful manner. Do join us in making Singapore a caring and inclusive society for all!
In view of the COVID-19 situation, we have been operating most of our volunteering programmes remotely. MSF will review and gradually reopen our physical volunteering opportunities when ready.
