ABOUT

  • The Active Ageing Centre (AAC) plays an integral role in the social aspect of seniors' health. 

    As a Community Connector, you will be involved in engaging with and assisting the staff at the AAC by outreaching to seniors living in Bukit Merah to support the staff with their core work in providing assistance to the seniors.

Volunteer (Community Connector)

Active Ageing Centre (AACs) in Singapore help seniors maintain their independence, improve their quality of life, and stay connected with the community. 

As a Community Connector, you will be involved in engaging with and assisting the staff at the AAC by outreaching to seniors living in Bukit Merah to help support the staff with their core work in providing assessment to the seniors. 

 

Session Dates (minimally 1 session):

8 February 2025 (Saturday)

15 February 2025 (Saturday)

22 February 2025 (Saturday)

Reporting Location:

NTUC Health Active Ageing Centre 

Blk 117 Jln Bukit Merah, #01-1638, Singapore 160117

 

Please note:

  • Briefing will be done on the day of the session
  • Shortlisted volunteers will be contacted via WhatsApp and Email
  • Kindly write in to ycd@carecorner.org.sg if you do not receive any updates on your application by 5 February 2025.
