Volunteer (Community Connector)
Active Ageing Centre (AACs) in Singapore help seniors maintain their independence, improve their quality of life, and stay connected with the community.
As a Community Connector, you will be involved in engaging with and assisting the staff at the AAC by outreaching to seniors living in Bukit Merah to help support the staff with their core work in providing assessment to the seniors.
Session Dates (minimally 1 session):
8 February 2025 (Saturday)
15 February 2025 (Saturday)
22 February 2025 (Saturday)
