(1) Team Nila Volunteer - Hotel Operations

Team Nila volunteers are required to assist in (actual role will only be assigned when you report for duty):

1) Athlete Services/Helpdesk - assist the teams with their requests related to their stay at the hotel and booking of training courts via the laptop provided.

2) Transport Ambassador - assist to bring teams from the hotel to competition venue and from competition venue to hotel via public transport (MRT).

3) Any other roles that may be required at the Hotel.

Note:

- Upon successful registration, our Team Nila Volunteer Leaders (TNVLs) will be adding you in a WhatsApp group to share with you more details.

- There will be a virtual briefing via Zoom on 12 March 2025 (Wednesday) 7:00pm - 8:00pm.

- Attire - Team Nila t-shirt* with long pants (no ripped jeans) / bermuda and sport shoes.

For New Volunteers:

New volunteers must read the guide/FAQs on go.gov.sg/tshirt-for-new-tn and collect their Team Nila lion t-shirt from 9 Sep 2024 onwards, at the appointed distributor before their first volunteering shift.

- Meals - A meal will be provided by the organiser.

- Volunteer are advised to travel light and bring your own water bottle to refill water.

- Shift timings are subjected to changes depending on competition schedule.

(2) Team Nila Volunteer - Venue Operations

Team Nila volunteers are required to assist in (actual role will only be assigned when you report for duty):

1) Field-of-Play Assistant- drying and mopping of competition courts to ensure the area is safe to play for the athletes.

2) Accreditation Checks & Wrist Tagging - checking of patron's tickets at entry points.

3) Ushers - ushers patrons to their respective seats.

4) Logistics - assist in any logistics requirements like re-stocking of water etc.

5) Ball Picker & Tunnel Helper - assist in duties related to competition etc.

6) VIP Hospitality Lounge - to facilitate the VIPs to the lounge

7) Any other roles that may be required at the venue.

(3) Team Nila Volunteer - Training Venue Operations

Team Nila volunteers are required to assist in (actual role will only be assigned when you report for duty):

1) Court Attendant - drying, mopping of training courts.

2) Athletes Helpdesk - assist in any queries from athletes etc.

3) Training Clinics / Program - assist in any ad-hoc task required from the coaches

4) Any other roles that may be required at the venue.
