About ComLink+

ComLink+ supports more than 10,000 eligible lower-income families with children across 21 communities to shift from episodic social assistance to longer-term family-centric support. Delivered through our network of 24 Social Service Offices, ComLink+ brings in our volunteers and community partners to provide comprehensive, convenient and coordinated support to the individuals/ families holistically. Through our initiatives, we hope to empower them to improve their circumstances and help them achieve their goals. From 2024, ComLink+ will be expanding support to another 3,000 eligible lower-income families who are not residing in public rental housing. <To apply, please ensure that you are signed in>
