Volunteer Befriender
As a KidsLearn Volunteer Befriender, you will be joining us to:
- Offer In-person support for the child's learning of literacy skills
- Offer encouragement, and companionship to a child's learning journey
- Curate and conduct learning activities or simple games
Requirements: (Please read before applying)
- Shortlisted volunteers will be required to also sign up as volunteers with MSF and undergo a suitability assessment to determine their suitability for the programme. Please note that the process will take about 1 month. If you have any concerns, please feel free to approach us.
Volunteers are required to commit to all sessions stated below to ensure an effective learning environment for the children:

Session 1 - 04/01/25, 09:00 to 12:30
Session 2 - 11/01/25, 09:00 to 12:30
Session 3 - 18/01/25, 09:00 to 12:30
Session 4 - 25/01/25, 09:00 to 12:30
Session 5 - 08/02/25, 09:00 to 12:30
Session 6 - 15/02/25, 09:00 to 12:30
Session 7 - 22/02/25, 09:00 to 12:30
Session 8 - 01/03/25, 09:00 to 12:30
Remarks:
- Orientation and Training may be conducted at a different location.
- Volunteers will be confirmed before 30/11/24.

More details about the volunteer opportunity will be relayed via Telegram. Upon confirmation, you will be invited to join a Telegram group chat in the same week of the opportunity. All applications are subjected to approval. The number of available slots reflected are based on the number of confirmed applications.
