About Ministry of Home Affairs
The Home Team Volunteer Network (HTVN) was formed on 15 July 2011 to work with the various Home Team Departments and their volunteers to better contribute to the safety and security of Singapore. Home Team volunteers hold diverse roles, ranging from volunteering in the frontline to contributing their expertise in advisory boards.
